As you have seen, these practices are very versatile. Each time you do them, they will be a little different, so you can use these recordings over and over again.
Trust the process and trust your voice This is a sacred practice!
Here are some ways to work the the course:
1) Find a prompt that you really like. Choose to do it every day for a week, ten days, a month. See how the same prompt deepens and expands.
2) Think about how are you feeling and choose a recording/prompt that seems best suited to you today.
3) Find your four favorite prompts and do one every day for a week each. You can curate your selection so that the four prompts build on each other.
4) Go through the course again day by day, each month adding words to the prompts from the list below. I have chosen the words for each month carefully. Though this extension practice might seem simple, I promise that if you practice with it, it will take you to new and interesting places!
