Savasana is an important part of yoga practice to hep the body and mind integrate the work done in the yoga session. Writers, too, need to integrate and digest the work we’ve done in our writing sessions. Often our writing brings up powerful emotions and insights. Rather than running straight into the rest of the day, use this five minute meditation to come back to your center, re-integrate, re-set your nervous system and more. This is a deeply powerful practice! It will help your writing sessions be more productive, powerful and easeful.
